Steps for YABATECH Part-Time Screening and Registration
1. Complete Online Screening
Admitted candidates must log in to the YABATECH portal during the specified online screening period to upload the necessary documents.
2. Proceed to Physical Screening
After completing the online screening, candidates will be required to attend the physical screening at the YABATECH campus. Make sure to bring the original versions of the documents uploaded online.
Required Documents for Screening

Candidates must upload and present the following:
– Verified O’ Level Results (SSCE/NABTEB)
– Original O’ Level Result/Certificate obtained before 2021
– Secondary school testimonial
– Two signed and stamped reference letters from:
– An Imam or Pastor
– A senior civil servant (Grade Level 12 or above)
– A lawyer
– Principal of your former secondary school
– Birth certificate from the National Population Commission, Local Government, or Hospital
– Evidence of part-time registration on the JAMB Portal
– Acceptance fee receipt
Important Reminders
Ensure that the online screening is completed before the physical screening. Both steps are mandatory, and registration will not commence until both have been done within the designated timeframes. Once screening is successfully completed, candidates can proceed to the registration process as per YABATECH guidelines.
