Al-Hikmah University Opens Hostel Accommodation Portal for 2024: Important Guidelines for Students and Parents

This update is important for all students, parents, and guardians as it comes with specific guidelines set by the University Management, in line with policies approved by the Governing Council.

The University’s policy on hostel accommodation mandates that ALL FRESHERS, 200-LEVEL STUDENTS, AND FINAL YEAR STUDENTS MUST RESIDE IN UNIVERSITY HOSTELS ON CAMPUS.

In light of this directive, no student in these categories will be allowed to stay off-campus. Parents are strongly advised to ensure that their wards comply with this rule by MAKING HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION PAYMENTS DIRECTLY TO THE UNIVERSITY HOSTEL ACCOUNT.

Furthermore, parents are encouraged to closely monitor their wards and caution them against paying for private hostels outside the University campuses, as this would be a violation of the University’s regulations. Al-Hikmah University Management has made it clear that non-compliance with these instructions will not be tolerated.

This measure aims to ensure a secure, controlled, and conducive environment for students as they pursue their academic goals.
