This notice serves as a guideline for students to follow in order to avoid any delays in the issuance of their certificates.

Key Requirements:

1. All students must pay any outstanding school fees owed to the university. Academic certificates will be withheld until all fees are settled in full.

2. Students are required to obtain necessary clearance from the Bursary and Audit departments, verifying that all fees have been paid. The clearance evidence must be submitted when requesting the certificate.

3. Only students who meet these requirements will have their certificates processed and signed.

4. Final year students who have been mobilized for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) must ensure their fees are paid, and clearance completed, to receive their certificates before heading to the orientation camp.

5. University auditors will verify all submissions, ensuring only those with complete and accurate fee clearance will be considered.

6. Students are encouraged to act promptly to avoid delays, as last-minute requests for certificate issuance will not be rushed by the university.

Postgraduate students are also reminded to comply with these directives for a smooth certificate issuance process.

Act early to avoid unnecessary delays!
